General provisions
Payments can be made using the electronic banking services of Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių bank. Payments are available in euro currency. Transactions are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform.
These Privacy and Goods Purchase Rules in the online store www.monipa.lt (hereinafter – Rules) are established to ensure the rights of you (hereinafter – Customer) and the seller of goods in the online store www.monipa.lt (hereinafter – Store) MB Monipa. Company code 305636076 LT-71182 Šakiai district (hereinafter – Seller), to define the obligations and responsibilities of both parties, the rules for personal data protection, and other provisions related to the purchase – sale of goods in the store. The Customer, when purchasing online, having formed a shopping cart and starting to fill out the order form and marking the checkbox next to the statement "I agree with the rules" confirms that they have read these Rules, agree with them, and undertake to comply with them.

Processing of personal data
1. When ordering goods in the online Store, registration is not required; however, for proper order fulfillment, it is necessary to provide personal data such as first name, last name, email address, the address to which the goods will be delivered, phone number, and other details specified in the order.
2. The Client confirms that he is aware of his right to refuse to provide his personal data, but understands that the personal data is necessary and essential for the fulfillment of the goods order, and if the Client does not provide such data and does not agree, the purchase-sale Agreement cannot be concluded and executed.
3. The Client, when registering in the online Store and/or placing an order for goods, confirms that he/she agrees to provide his/her personal data specified in these Rules, the registration form, and the goods order form.
4. The client's personal data, specified in point 1, is collected and processed for the purpose of electronic commerce (to conclude a contract, process product orders, issue financial documents, resolve issues related to the delivery and transfer of goods, fulfill other contractual obligations).
5. The personal data of the Client and other visitors of the www.monipa.lt website are processed and stored no longer than necessary for the purposes specified in these Rules.
6. The Seller applies the security and processing requirements for personal data as established by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union.
7. The Seller takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of all processed personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
8. The client and other visitors of the www.monipa.lt website have the following rights related to personal data:
8.1 request that the Seller allow access to the data and correct or delete it, or restrict the processing of the data;
8.2. the right to object to the processing of data;
8.3. the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format (the right to data portability);
8.4. the right to withdraw consent;
8.5. the right to submit a complaint to the State Data Protection Inspectorate.

10. When filling out the order form, the Client must provide complete and accurate information. If the information provided by the Client changes, it is mandatory to update it without delay. The Client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in the order form and assumes responsibility for any consequences arising from the inaccuracy or incorrectness of the provided information.
